Res. Shift Schedule Overview
Once Resource Planning Groups are set up, the Resource Shift Schedule function begins in the Res. Shift Schedule Overview page, which is accessed using Tell Me. Choose the 
icon, enter Res. Shift Schedule Overview, and then choose the related link.
The Res. Shift Schedule Overview page helps the production managers see who is and who is not scheduled in the filtered period and shift.
The fields in the Options FastTab allow for filtering by resource, resource planning group, date, and shift specification in the Res. Shift Schedule Overview - Matrix FastTab. Turn on the Show Resource No. toggle to show the resource number in the FastTab instead of the resource name.

The Res. Shift Schedule Overview - Matrix FastTab lists all the shifts for the shift specification grouped by the Resource Planning Group. The shifts can be collapsed or expanded to show who is scheduled to work on what shift.
Resources that have not been scheduled are listed within the default Resource Planning Group assigned in Planning Extension Setup (see Planning Extension Setup).
Choose the Recalculate action to update the calculations in the Res. Shift Schedule Overview - Matrix FastTab. This may be necessary if the filters have changed or if other users have been scheduling resources while the page has been open.
