Create Commission Statements
Creating the commission statement can be done manually or automatically:
- A single commission statement can be created by using Tell Me. Choose the
icon, enter Commission Statement List, and then choose the related link. Insert a new record and enter a commission recipient in the Commission Recipient No. field.
- If the commission statement is selected from the Commission Recipient Card by choosing the Commission Statement action on the New menu, the new record will be automatically filled in.
General information of the commission recipient and the calculation period is entered on the General FastTab. All settings on the Invoicing FastTab, which were copied over after selecting a commission recipient, can be adjusted.
Lines for this commission statement can be calculated by choosing the Suggest Commission Statement Lines action.
Batch processing
To create multiple commission statements for batch processing, choose the Create Commission Statements action.
In the Create Commission Statement request page, the calculation period can be determined and commission recipients that need to be processed can be filtered.
