App Activation

Products in COSMO Logistics have an activation toggle in the respective setup pages that makes pages and controls visible for the products.

Note

Turning on the toggle in the setup pages will require logged in users to restart the application.

To activate COSMO Logistics

  1. Choose the Lightbulb that opens the Tell Me feature icon, enter Logistics Setup, and then choose the related link.
  2. On the General FastTab, turn on the Activate Application Area toggle.
  3. Close the page or continue with further setup (see Logistics Setup).

To activate COSMO Text Module

This process shows how to manually activate COSMO Text Module from the Logistics Setup page. However, there is an automated process that activates COSMO Text Module as well as other setup features for the integration with COSMO Logistics (see Setup of Text Module within Logistics).

  1. Choose the Lightbulb that opens the Tell Me feature icon, enter Logistics Setup, and then choose the related link.
  2. On the Text Module FastTab, turn on the Text Module Logistics Integration Activated toggle.
  3. Close the page or continue with further setup as described in the link above.
