Incident Management

Incident Management in COSMO Project Construction identifies and documents hazards or situations that may arise at a construction site with the goal of correcting or resolving the incident. In some cases, this could be a defect in a building, an obstruction that prevents work to continue, or simply a site meeting that needs to be documented.

Incidents can be assigned to construction projects and diaries with priorities and progression assessment, or not assigned to either construction diary or construction project and managed the same way.

A complete list of all incidents can be viewed from the Incidents list, tallied in the Defects FactBox on the Construction Diary for an overview of new, open, or finished defects related to the construction diary, or listed individually in the Incidents FactBox in the Diary Report Card for any type of incident related to the construction report card. Incidents relating to a construction project can be opened by choosing Incidents on the Related menu of the Construction Project card/list.
