Rental Loss Reasons
When an event – such as planned maintenance – prevents a customer from using a rental item, a rental loss can be processed for a Rental Contract line. A Rental Loss Reason can be assigned in the Rental Loss Worksheet to direct how the loss is to be processed; however, it is optional and the information transferred to the worksheet can be changed as needed.

Code | Unique identifier for the rental loss reason. |
Description | Short description of the rental loss reason. |
Loss % | Percentage of the rental loss amount to be credited. |
