Warehouse Activities Terminal page
You can access the Logistics Whse. Activities Terminal page from the Logistics Pool-Whse. Shipment page with Pick terminal function.
If the marked warehouse shipment has more whs. activities, at first, the connected warehouse activities' list is opened, and you can select one warehouse activities. You can use the card function and marked warehouse activities are opened via warehouse activities terminal.
This page has four parts:
- Header part for the warehouse activities
- Line part for the warehouse activities
- Bin Contents FactBox
- Item Details – Warehouse FactBox
Fields
The fields in the header are described in the following table. None of these fields are editable.

| No. | Indicates the number of the warehouse activities. |
| Ship-to Address | Indicates the Ship-to information of the warehouse activities. |
| Warehouse User ID | Indicates the selected warehouse user for the warehouse activities. |
| Partial Pick | Indicates if the activity is partially picked. |
| Net weight | Indicates the sum net weight of the lines according to the Qty. to Handle value. |
In the lines, the following fields fields are editable:
- Qty. to Handle
- Total net weight
- Bin Code
- Target Bin Code
Actions
The actions on the Logistics Whse. Activities Terminal page are described in the following table.

| Actions | Delete Pick | Deletes the warehouse activities line, which has status open or waiting. |
| Register Pick | Registers the picking. This is only possible after the individual picking lines have been registered. This function is equal with the standard register process. | |
| Statistics | Opens the Statistics card. This card shows line and weight information of the warehouse activities. | |
| Register Whse. Activities | This is not equal with the standard registered step. This function can change only the status of the line. After using this function, the status of the whs. activity lines will be set to Registered. The status of the line must be Open and the Qty. to Handle field must not be zero. If the Qty. to Handle value is not equal to the Quantity value, a new line will be generated with the Outstanding quantity after this function is run. |

| Cancel Whse. Activities | Changes the Registered status to Open. Split line is not deleted and the Qty. to Handle will be zero. | |
| Outstanding Qty. not Picked | Deletes the outstanding quantity on the warehouse shipment and on the picking document as well. The user has to define a reason for the reduction of the quantity. The reason codes must be selected on the Logistics Whse. Processing Notes list. |

| Prints the standard picking list for the warehouse activities. | ||
| Related | List | Shows the overview of the warehouse activities. Warehouse Activity List page is opened with the Location code filters. Location code filters is according to the Warehouse employee's location setup. |
| Comments | Opens the standard Warehouse Comment Sheet page that shows existing comments about the picking or new comments can be added. | |
| Registered Pick | Shows the connected registered pickings. |
