General informations

This manual describes the module COSMO Creditsafe for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. It enables the functionality to retrieve Creditsafe credit reports directly within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Since the data is generated and provided by Creditsafe all questions concerning the data shown in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central should be addressed directly to Creditsafe.

Before the module can be used it has to be implemented and approved by the client's IT department or Dynamics 365 Business Central Partner.

There are some references to the administration manual for settings which must be set by administrators. More information finds in our Setup and Administration Guide.
