Integration of COSMO Product Data Management

With the Drawing Sets Management feature, project lines in COSMO Project Manufacturing (both budget and procurement) can be directly linked to technical drawings stored in COSMO Product Data Management. This ensures that every project position always refers to the correct and most recent set of drawings. The integration also supports change management (ECNs) and makes it easy to update drawings across the entire project.

Drawing Set Access

• Project Budget Lines: When you add an Item, the system automatically assigns the related drawing set.
• Project Procurement Lines: Inherits drawings either from the budget line or directly from the Item.
• Version Budget Lines: Stores drawing sets for reference.
• Purchase Lines and Sales Lines: Drawings are carried over automatically when connected to project lines.
• FactBoxes: Drawing Set FactBoxes are on relevant pages to show you the assigned drawings at a glance.
