Role Centers
COSMO Factory Data Capture includes the following Role Center pages that have been set up as Profiles (Roles):
- 5308601, FDC Role Center for Classic Terminal
- 5308679, FDC Role Center for Modern Terminal
FDC Role Center for Classic Terminal
The FDC Classic Terminal Role Center provides the most efficient COSMO Factory Data Capture user experience for managing the administration of FDC processes including the fdc setup, terminal, periodic activities and all other necessary FDC setup areas.
FDC Role Center for Modern Terminal
The FDC Modern Terminal Role Center provides the most efficient COSMO Factory Data Capture user experience for managing the administration of FDC processes including the fdc setup, terminal, periodic activities, COSMO Mobile Setup and all other necessary FDC setup areas.
To apply a role center
- Choose the
icon and then select My Settings from the menu. Alternatively, you can use the Tell Me feature. - In the Role field, choose the ellipsis button.
- In the Available Roles page, select FDC Role Center for Classic Terminal, or FDC Role Center for Modern Terminal and then choose the OK button.
- Choose the OK button to close the My Settings page and save your changes.
You can also assign roles directly to users in the User Settings page.
