Profile
The profile is a set of information that is linked to the user. It contains a unique Name and Code field, which can be used for logging into the mobile application. Additionally it contains settings, which can be used to customize the application to the user's needs.
To change any of the above mentioned details, you can open the Users page, choose the user from the list, and then choose the Profile action.
When creating a user, settings are inherited from the Default Device Settings. The action is also available on the Users page. These settings are applicable to all newly created COSMO Mobile Solution users. Note that any modifications made in this section will not impact existing users.
The fields on the Profile page are described in the following table.

Remember Login
The Remember Login feature allows users to log into the mobile application via a PIN instead of user credentials.
This feature can be enabled on the Company Registration page by selecting the Remember Password checkbox.
A PIN can be defined or modified either in COSMO Mobile Solution or in the mobile application. By choosing the Authenticate button in the User/Profile page, it is possible to authenticate and predefine a PIN for a certain user in the opening dialog. The PIN should be 4-6 digits long and only numbers are allowed.
Afterwards, fill in the Server Identifier in the mobile application's Connection information page, and then choose the Continue button. A login pop-up will open, where you will enter the credentials and login.
After successfully logging in, you will be asked to provide the predefined PIN. If you have the PIN, you can enter it now. If not, you can create it if this step wasn't previously done in the Profile page.
After successfully providing or creating a PIN, the Role selection page will open and you can continue using the application just like before.
The next time you open the application, select your Profile from the dropdown menu, choose the Login button, and then enter your PIN. You will be logged in without entering the credentials.
Warning
If a user already has a PIN and a new one is generated via the Authenticate button on the Profile page in COSMO Mobile Solution, it is crucial to clear the cache in the mobile application after logging out of the current session. To do this, the user should go to the login screen in the mobile application, choose the Cog icon, and scroll down to find the Clear Cache option.
