Multi-Level Calculations
The Multi-Level Calculation functionality makes it possible to calculate several production levels, including subordinate BOMs.
To run a multi-level calculation, a multi-level production BOMs must be assigned to the item.
In the items that contain an assembly, the following must be entered on the Item Card:
- Replenishment System = Prod. Order on the Replenishment FastTab
- Reordering Policy = Order on the Planning FastTab
After the expected planning of the production orders for the different production levels with different working steps, several production levels with several assemblies can be calculated.
