Warehouse Shipment Proposal Line Page
On the warehouse request line page, user can reach the Create WHS. Shipment Proposal function. After using this function, the Logistics Warehouse Shipment Proposal Lines page is opened.
Fields
Some of the fields on the Logistics Warehouse Shipment Proposal Lines page are described in the following table.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Proposal No. | Based on the combination rules, the program assigns a proposal number to each line. |
Processing No. | This column has been added to clarify the user in what order the lines for each unique location/item/variant combination have been processed. This way it is easier to follow the logic manually in case this is needed. N.B. Reservations are always respected independent of the processing number! |
Available Inventory | Standard inventory calculation method minus quantity on blocking bin and already on warehouse shipments. |
Create Whse. Shpt | If the quantity available is not zero, this checkbox is selected. |
Qty. for Whs. Shpt. | An availability check takes place within the framework of the warehouse shipment proposals. The system automatically suggests, based on the stock, for which items a warehouse shipment should be created. The system distributes the requested available inventory to the document lines according to the Promised Shipment date. If the requested available inventory for the current item is greater than zero, it is proposed as the Qty. for Whse. Shpt.. After these steps, the Create Whse. Shpt. checkbox is selected. This option can be changed manually. |
Available Reserved Qty. on Invt. | This field indicates the available inventory which is reserved for the current line. |
Remaining Inventory (line end) | This field calculates what is left as inventory for the next lines. |
Remaining Inventory (Endtotal | Indicates the end total of inventory available. |
Type | Indicates the type of the shipment line (inbound/outbound). |
Whse. Document No. | It is also checked whether there are already open warehouse shipments that fulfill the summary criteria. If this is the case, the suggested lines are assigned to this warehouse shipment and the system fills the Whs. Shpt. No column. |
Shipping advice | Complete - only the total quantity on the source document line can be shipped, Partial - partial shipment is allowed. |
The fields in the Summary section are described in the following table.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Total Weight | Indicates the sum of the weight of all the proposal lines. |
No. of Lines | Indicates the number of lines. |
