Document Layout Filters
Document Layout Filters are used to specify relations between tables and when looking up data in tables.
Document Layout Filters can be applied to the following:
- Document Layout Lines (Sections) – Specifies the relations between the tables and to set what records the system should loop through.
- Criteria – Specifies the filters for the table into which the Criteria should look.
- Variables – As with Criteria, filters are used in conjunction with Variables when specifying from which table the Variable should get the value.
- Fields – If Fields are generated from tables other than the table for the section, then Filters are used to specify the relation used for looking up the value.
The fields on the Document Layout Filters page are described in the following table.
