What's new in version 2.2.22
Version 2.2.22 of COSMO Logistics adds the following improvements and fixes issues to enhance your overall experience.
Feature changes
The new features as well as any enhancements and/or improvements to existing functionality that are included in this release are listed in the following table.
Work item | Description |
---|---|
25585 | Simplify the process of canceling registered picks. From this release it is possible to cancel the registered pick (lines) straight from the registered pick page. Also the already existing canceling feature on the Logistics Inventory Information list has been improved to allow multiple lines getting processed together. The cancel warehouse activity feature is currently only available for sales related picks. In an upcoming release this will be extended to other source documents. |
Technical changes
The technical changes (such as new integration events, permission set changes, etc.) that are included in this release are listed in the following table.
Work item | Description |
---|---|
26392 | Several small changes were deployed improving the overall code quality of the Logistics app. Structural changes to certain pages are planned for upcoming releases. |
Bugfixes
The issues from the previous version of the app that were fixed in this release are listed in the following table.
Work item | Description |
---|---|
20864 | Put away strategy based on bin sizes was not working properly. With this release it is possible to find proper empty bins for the put-away based on the bin sizes. For this to work, the priority numbers on the bin sizes will be used: a small bin should have a lower priority number than a large bin. The put-away strategy will search for a matching empty bin for which the priority is the same or larger than the needed bin size priority. |
25243 | The warehouse shipment proposal was not able to deal with reservations properly. Also dealing with partial and complete shipments could lead into issues calculating wrong quantities. The way the lines are being calculated is updated. |
A new column Processing No. has been added to clarify the user in what order the lines for each unique location/item/variant combination has been processed. This way it is easier to follow the logic manually in case this is needed. N.B. Reservations are always respected independent of the processing number! This solves oneCRM tickets CC-158364-N0F8, CC-159282-F0K2, CC-157000-P5T8. |
|
25771 | The remaining inventory calculation on the warehouse shipment proposal page could lead to a 'divide by 0' error message (when filtering the page for example). This has been fixed in this release. This solves the oneCRM tickets CC-157000-P5T8, CC-156728-S2V1. |
25657 | Slow performance using the apply warehouse entry feature of Logistics has been addressed by adding a new key for processing this feature. This solves oneCRM ticket CC-155525-R9N4. |
25714 | During the pre-pick an additional check on serial numbers is being added to prevent assigning a serial number which is already linked to another (pre)pick line, especially in combination with changing the bin code. |
25736 | When on the Outbound Request Line page using the Change Shipping Agents or Change Shipment Date the system could throw an error in case these changes needed to get transferred to the source document and document approval is activated. Before accepting the changes, it is possible to indicate updating the source document is not needed (it is the responsibility of the user to decide if the change can be executed without the need for updating the source document.) |
25872 | When using the move one position higher or lower in the warehouse sequence planning page all lines are getting reordered by assigning a new priority number, including the 'unplanned' ones (with the 999999999 default number) which is unwanted behavior. This has been changed in this release. When using the Mark and Move Marked features the renumbering of all lines is still happening. This will be reviewed in an upcoming release. |
26838 | When using the move one position higher or lower in the warehouse sequence planning page occasionally there was an error related to double records in a buffer table. This has been fixed in this release. |
25873 | In case a shipping unit contains lines from different source documents, when posting the warehouse shipment the posted sales shipment number on the shipping unit lines was not updated correctly for all the lines. This has been solved in this release. |
26331 | When using the OnLookup on the serial and lot number fields in the Logistics warehouse activity line the synchronization to the standard BC warehouse activity was wrong when cancelling from the Serial No. Lot No. list. This has been solved in this release. This solves oneCRM ticket CC-158281-W3G0. |
