Rental of BOM Items
This feature will add the ability to group different rental items in a Bill of Materials (BOM). This package of rental items can then be delivered to the customer together.
Integration of COSMO Document Management System
The integration of COSMO Document Management System will add the ability to manage all rental documents out of Business Central. A number of other document management functions can be used thanks to the connection to SharePoint. A predefined folder structure is also provided.
Rental Status on Card Views
This feature will add the ability to see directly on the Machines, Supplementary Parts, and Machine Components (which have a service card) whether the rental item is available or not.
Definition of Billable Days per Customer
This feature will add the ability to work with customer-specific calendars. Based on this calendar, billing free days can be defined.
Flexible Invoice Start and End Date
This feature will add the ability to select the start and end dates for invoicing independently of the logistics process.
Make Rental Invoices Editable
This feature will add the ability to adjust rental invoices in response to changes to a rental contract. The new invoice details will be updated in all related rental entries.
