COSMO Text Module
The integration of COSMO Text Module into COSMO Rental gives you the ability to extend the information provided internally and externally in Rental documents. Special text can be added to master data (customers, items, machines, etc.) that can open as pop-up windows in Rental documents when the data is entered as well as can be printed in the Rental documents.
The pop-up feature is useful when you need to pass along information to the user creating the Rental document or to the customer renting the items. This information is used internally but can also be configured to print on the Rental documents. The text to print on the Rental documents can be added to the header, footer, or the individual lines. In addition to the master data-specific text, general standard text or sales text can be created and added to Rental documents as needed. You can change any text in the Rental documents at any time; this includes choosing whether to print the text or not.
COSMO Text Module includes basic formatting options (bold, italics, underline, and limited colors) as well as a Rich Text Editor that allows for more robust text options on the reports. It also offers several features that use AI to generate, rewrite, and translate text.

Important
COSMO Rental is based on the Sales module in Business Central. Therefore, any pop-up text (which is based on sales header/line tables) or standard sales text will appear in both COSMO Rental and standard Sales documents (Rental Quote/Reservation/Contract, Sales Quote/Order, etc.). However, the text will only print in reports that are designed for COSMO Rental (see Print Management).
