Contract Rules

On the Calculation menu on the Projects FastTab in the Construction Project page, choose the Contract Rules action to open the BoQ Position List filtered on the positions with text indicated with Contract Rules.

The contract rules shows the text information that is valid for the whole BoQ. Contract rules are usually set up at the beginning or at the end of a BoQ.

Transfer to Placing Units

When creating placing units using the Create Placing Units action, Contract Rule lines with blank Subsection Code are automatically transferred to all placing units. This ensures that contract terms applicable to the entire project are included in every placing unit.

Contract Rule lines with a specific Subsection Code are only transferred to the placing unit for that subsection, following the standard subsection assignment behavior.
