Supplement Administration

Supplements are usually added to and costed in a supplement group in the original specifications, but can also be managed separately in a project.

Supplements are divided into different supplement types (e.g., according to the German rules of VOB/B). Remuneration is also regulated in the VOB/B (same calculation basis as in the main BoQ). Basically, the same surcharges (General Business Expense, Construction Overhead, Risk and Profit) should be considered.
