Job Types Setup

In addition to the standard COSMO Project fields in the Job Types Setup, three fields are used to define how jobs are created for COSMO Project Construction.

Field	Description
Default Structure Type	Indicates the Structure Type that will be defaulted to the Job Card each time a Job is created with this Job Type. The options are: - Bill of Quantities: used for job calculations and invoicing. - Process and Controlling: used for planning and job costing. - BoQ and PaC: used for simple, small specifications that can be processed in one job. - Placing Unit: used for subcontractor calculating and processing.
Default PaC Job Type	Indicates the default PaC Job Type to be used when creating a PaC Job from a Bill of Quantities job. This Job Type is used when a new PaC Job is created by using the Create PaC Job function from BoQ Job. If this field is empty, the value entered in the PaC Default Job Type field in the Jobs Setup page is used.
Default Process Description	Indicates the Process Description that will be defaulted to the Job Card each time a Job is created with this Job Type. This field determines how quantities in Measurements will be processed for the job. The options are: - Free Measurement: Quantities are entered in the Measurement lines without further calculation. - REB 23.003: Quantities are calculated with formulas 91 and 00 of the REB-VB 23.003 (see REB 23.003 Processing).
